Step 1: Click on this link; http://zoom.us/download
Step 2: Download “Zoom installation pack” and install the software on your PC.
Install the downloaded ZOOM software and follow step 3.
Step 3: You can join the ICENS 2021 Conference sessions by clicking the "Join a Meeting" button without a membership (You do not have to sign in).
Step 4: Login information will be shared on the announcements tab of our website on the day of the conference . Enter the “MEETING ID” shared on the web site to the designated box.
Step 5: We request you to enter the name of the responsible author of the study in the box for User Name. So that, our communication will be easier after the presentation finishes.
Step 6: You can now join the session by clicking on the “Join” button.
Important Notes:
· We highly recommend that you test your microphone and camera before attending the sessions. s
· Session ID and Password will be shared on the announcements of the webpage
- Authors responsible for the study should attend the online session scheduled for them at/between the time scheduled in the conference program. When the virtual presentation of the study finishes, authors responsible for the study are expected to answer when/if other participants ask questions about their study.
- Session presentation will take place at local time in Turkey (UTC+03:00 (TRT)). Therefore, the participants in different time zones are commended to make their plans considering the time difference.
